Payment

Payment is made securely via Credit Card through Stripe.

Payment amounts are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a GST receipt at the email address you entered when making your payment.

Please have your credit card details ready to complete your registration.

Payment on invoice is also available. You will see this option at the end of the registration process.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to one month before the conference opening - full refund.

Cancellation between 1 month and 8 days before the conference opening - 40% refund.

Cancellation within 7 days from conference opening - no refund will be given.
Conference Presenters
To register as a conference presenter, you will need to provide the Presenter Code that was sent to you in the email accepting your presentation. Please have this code available when registering.

Conference registration will be open during the reception.
