Payment

  • Payment is made securely via Credit Card through Stripe.
  • Payment amounts are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  • Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a GST receipt at the email address you entered when making your payment.
  • Please have your credit card details ready to complete your registration.
  • Payment on invoice is also available. You will see this option at the end of the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to one month before the conference opening - full refund.
  • Cancellation between 1 month and 8 days before the conference opening - 40% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days from conference opening - no refund will be given.

Conference Presenters

To register as a conference presenter, you will need to provide the Presenter Code that was sent to you in the email accepting your presentation. Please have this code available when registering.

You are invited to our Welcome Reception on
Sunday 28 September, 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Venue TBA - partners welcome.

Conference registration will be open during the reception.

There is no charge for the reception

Please indicate below if you plan to attend the reception.


Photos and videos may be taken at the conference by TENZ and may be used for promotion of the conference or for advertising and promotion of future TENZ events.
Conference participants grant TENZ the right to take photographs and/or videos in the process of the conference, and consent to the videos and images being used and published in print and/or electronically, with or without their name, and free of charge, in accordance with promoting TENZ. This may include using the photos in TENZ’s publications, including promotional material, web-based publications, and social media.
